PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reverse input cutting-off clutch having high reliability for efficiently transmitting input torque. SOLUTION: A plurality of pairs of rollers 6 incorporated between a fixed outer ring 1 and an output shaft 3 and a plate spring 7 for energizing the rollers 6 to the direction of engaging the outer ring 1 with the output shaft 3 are used to form a locking means which locks the output shaft 3 when reverse input torque is applied thereto and cancels the locking condition when input torque is applied to an input shaft 2. To a partition member 8 for helping independent thrust of the plate spring 7 on the rollers 6, a spring function is imparted which is elastically deformed when thrust by the plate spring 7. This actualizes efficient torque transmission while suppressing torque loss due to the idling of the rollers 6 on the front side in the rotating direction when the locking condition is canceled, and hardly causes the plastic deformation or breakage of the plate spring 7 when subjected to impact from the rollers 6 due to any trouble.
