PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning system which efficiently maintains a suitable temperature condition responding to the number of entrants irrespective of the size of the number of entrants, in a large air conditioning target space. SOLUTION: The air conditioning system comprises: an outdoor unit carrying out total enthalpy heat exchange between introduced outside air and exhaust air being one part of return air from the air conditioning target space S to carry out cooling, dehumidification, or heating; a dehumidifier dehumidifying the outside air sent from the outdoor unit; and an air conditioner cooling or heating mixed air of the outside air dehumidified by the dehumidification machine and the return air from the air conditioning target space, and supplying it to the air conditioning target space. It is provided with a bypass duct between the outdoor unit and the air conditioner for directly sending the outside air from the outdoor unit to the air conditioner without passing through the dehumidifier, if humidity of the introduced outside air, or the outside air cooled, dehumidified, or heated by the outdoor unit 1 is humidity suiting air conditioning or less, and it is unnecessary to operate the dehumidifier.
