A rolling roll cooling device operated correspondingly to the width of a rolled material is provided to improve rolling accuracy of the rolling roll by preventing thermal crown deformation of the rolling roll due to overcooling of the rolling roll and perform operation or maintenance and repairing of the device more easily by simplifying the structure of the device. A rolling roll cooling device operated correspondingly to the width of a rolled material comprises: a header means(30) which is disposed at one side of the rolling roll and has nozzles(32) according to the length of the roll, and to which high pressure cooling water is supplied; and nozzle masking means(70) which are provided at an inner side of both end portions of the header means such that the nozzle masking means are movable by drive means(50) connected with the nozzle masking means, and which spray cooling water onto the rolling water according to the width of the rolled material by opening and closing nozzles of the header means, wherein the header means is a hollow cylindrical body fixed to upper and lower sides of one side of the roll, and the hollow cylindrical body comprises: both end parts(30b) into which the nozzle masking means and the drive means connected with the nozzle masking means are inserted; and a body part(30a) on which the nozzles are installed, the both end parts and the body part being assembled with each other.
