A castor skating wheel is provided to enable a user to maintain balance easily, to do various actions, and to obtain strong propelling force by making left and right foot portions and wheels do their own actions freely. A castor skating wheel includes a wheel outer ring portion(100), a support board portion(300), and a friction reducing portion(200). The wheel outer ring portion(100) pivots in contact with the ground. The support board portion(300) includes a pivoting coupling portion(310) and a support board(320). The support board(320) and the pivoting coupling portion(310) are pivotally coupled, and maintain a predetermined angle against the ground to do a function of a directional caster. The friction reducing portion(200) reduces the mutual pivoting friction of the wheel outer ring portion and the support board portion(300).
