A method for diagnostics of initial demonstrations of brain circulation insufficiency is based on collection of patient complaints in the process of neurological inspection: on headache, insanity, noise in a head, worsening of memory, decrease of capacity for work, sleep disturbance. A combination only two or more of complaints, which exist long time or which are often repeated, especially in those conditions that require strengthening of brain circulation is a ground to make diagnose. The symptom complex in the form of presence of the hidden weakness of muscle, that levitates a superior eyelid is revealed at a neurological inspection. It is revealed by light retention of the down eyelids of patient at his active attempt to open eyes. Examinations of tendinous knee-jerks in position sitting and at once after transition of patient in level position, lying supine reveal the temporal asymmetry of tendinous knee-jerks in lying position, at their initial symmetry.
