A method for constructing an irrigation system operated by converting flow of fluid into high water level energy is provided to reduce costs and man work for construction and maintenance of an irrigation system. A method for constructing an irrigation system, soils and concretes are poured on the floor(6) of a waterway to form a bank(2) and secure a space for setting the system while blocking the waterway. A water inlet(7) is installed in the water at an upper water level side(8) and a water outlet(5) is installed in the water at a lower water level side(9). A fluid guide conduit(4) combined with a fluid pump(3) is connected with a fluid flow pipe(1) above the water surface and is buried in the upper part of the bank. The fluid pump is activated to discharge the air in the fluid flow pipe above the water surface. The water of the upper water level side is raised up to the fluid flow pipe above the water surface and then flows naturally in the water flow direction and discharged to the lower water level side through the water outlet. |
