An EL element 1411 of a display pixel 26 is emitted to make the emitted light 661 irradiate the object 651. Light intensity reflected on the object 651 is changed by the image drawn on the object 651. In other words, the light 661 is modulated by the image of the object 651. The modulated light reaches a photosensor pixel 27, and the photosensor pixel 27 changes an on-off state by receiving light intensity. The display pixel 26 makes white emission basic, and the photosensor pixel 27 has a RGB color filter.
