PURPOSE:To eliminate recesses and protrusions on the surface of the panel by a method wherein a hot-water pipe is made by a gas permeable plastics pipe and the inside of the hot-water pipe is kept in negative pressure after manufacturing it to induce gas, generated upon foaming heat insulating material, into the pipe. CONSTITUTION:The hot-water pipes 5 are arranged in the hot-water floor heating panel so as to be meandering and the hollow section of the panel is filled with expandable heat insulating panel 6. The hot-water pipe 5 is made by a pipe made of plastics permeable of CO2 gas or the like. After the expandable heat insulating material 6, such as urethane foam or the like, is loaded into the panel 1 to manufacture the heating panel, the inside of the hot-water pipe is kept in a negative pressure to induce gas, generated upon foaming the heat insulating material, into the pipe and whereby the inflation as well as protrusions and recesses on the surface of the panel may be eliminated. |
