<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tape feeder which can wind a top tape of different thickness or strength easily through a simple and inexpensive arrangement. <P>SOLUTION: A combined use motor 31 drives a sprocket 6 and a discharge gear 16 through two slowdown gears 12 and 18. Running torque of the combined use motor 31 is set to be suitable for feeding a main tape 4. Pressure contact force of an auxiliary discharge gear 17 coming into pressure contact with the discharge gear 16 through a used top tape 5 is generated by a turnable member 32 having one end engaging with the rotation support shaft 22 of the auxiliary discharge gear 17, and the other end supported turnably by a fixed support shaft 21; a spiral spring 23 for urging the auxiliary discharge gear 17 to the discharge gear 16 side through the turnable member 32; and three spiral pin latching pins 25 for regulating the urging force of the spiral spring 23. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
