<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electroluminescence driving circuit and an organic electroluminescence display device in which integration efficiency is high and driving current of high precision can be output. <P>SOLUTION: In a rectangular transistor arrangement block which has width of 3n times that of a pad pitch provided corresponding to a pin and in the width of which four or more transistors are arranged, each electric current switching digital/analog of R, G, and B is arranged in a direction perpendicular to a pad arrangement direction to form each current mirror circuit of digital/analog for receiving display data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
