A tricycle caster skateboard is provided to prevent the separation of a connection bar over a predetermined angle by using a torsion spring and to prevent safety accidents by having a brake unit. A tricycle caster skateboard(10) includes a handle(50). First and second connection bars(20,21) are coupled to each other having a gap of a predetermined angle from each other on the handle. First and second rotation bars(31) are rotatably coupled on the first and second connection bars respectively. A first torsion spring(40) is coupled to the first and second connection bars respectively for restoring two connection bars separated less than a predetermined angle. A second torsion spring is coupled to the handle and the two connection bars for elastically supporting the two connection bars from an inside to an outside thereof. Directional casters(33) are installed below the handle and the two connection bars, and helps wheels to move according to a traveling direction. Footboards(32) are installed on an upper part of the two rotation bars for a user to lay feet thereon.
