Provided are a coupled asphalt modifier which is improved in the resistance against sinter deformation, lower temperature crack and fatigue crack, a method for preparing the coupled asphalt modifier, and a modified asphalt concrete using the coupled asphalt modifier. A coupled asphalt modifier comprises 95-99 wt% of an asphalt modifier which comprises at least one selected from a natural rubber, a styrene-butadiene rubber, styrene-butadiene-styrene, a powder rubber modifier, waste tire, polyethylene, ethylene-vinyl acetate, polypropylene, poly(vinyl chloride), polyethylene terephthalate, an epoxy resin, a urethane resin, an acrylic resin, a phenolic resin, and a petroleum resin; and 1-5 wt% of at least one coupling agent selected from silane-based, chromium-based, aluminum-based and zirconium-based coupling agents.
