PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sugarcane cutter for a double-bud seed, which has work efficiency and not crushes a cut. SOLUTION: This sugarcane cutter includes: two cutting blades for cutting sugarcane, which are provided with a pair of rotors whose rotating shafts exist on the same plane, and which are extended outward from the rotating shafts in the radial direction; and a plurality of rubber members extending outward from the rotating shafts, wherein the paired rotors are rotated in the opposite directions in synchronization with each other, and when one cutting blade of the paired rotors is aligned with the cutting blade of the other rotor, both cutting blades nip sugarcane between them and cut it.
