PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely transfer a weak stiffness item to be packaged and to properly bond its back end side film. SOLUTION: A pair of film rolls 200 are provided with roll breaks 620, 630, respectively. The knife side film of films sent out from the film rolls is provided with a knife side film break 610 for holding the film. An item to be packaged is stopped after turning on the break 610.
