PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor with a reduction gear mechanism in which occurrence of poor conduction such as chattering can be suppressed by eliminating slide contact at a contact portion where a current for driving a motor flows. SOLUTION: An automatic fixed position stopping device 30 performing power supply or interruption of power supply to a motor section depending on the rotary position of a worm wheel 20 is constituted of a protrusion 31 provided on the surface of the worm wheel 20 opposing the bottom of a deep bottom member 16a, and a contact plate 34 provided in the deep bottom member 16a and touching the deep bottom member 16a by touching the protrusion 31. Since the contact portion consisting of the deep bottom member 16a and the contact 37 of the contact plate 34 can be touched by the protrusion 31 of the rotating worm wheel 20 without performing slide contact, wear of the contact portion due to slide contact is eliminated and occurrence of poor conduction such as chattering can be suppressed.
