PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To firmly laminate two opposite objects which are a heat ray shielding layer required only in summer and the daytime, and a heater required only in winter and at night, on a special tent roof at the same time so as not to be blown away by rain or wind in nature and outdoors, and to allow easy removal by an inexperienced person without depending on a specialist in winter, summer or when they are not needed. SOLUTION: A magnet sheet 2 formed by laminating the heat ray shielding layer on its surface and embedding heating bodies 5 therein is magnetically attached to the tent roof 4 by the magnetic force of the magnet sheet and fixing magnets.
