PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle seat device capable of improving an appearance of a vehicle seat by reducing a crease of a seat skin. SOLUTION: In the vehicle seat device 10, a part positioned at the central side in the width direction from side parts at both sides of a seat back 18 of the seat skin 36 is stretched by the outside development of a movable side support part 26 provided on the side of the seat back 18 in the width direction of the seat back 18. Therefore, even if the crease is generated caused by the shape of the vehicle seat 12 or the shape of the seat skin 36, or the crease is generated, for example, by a secular change caused by the variation on the manufacturing of the seat skin 36 or the use of the vehicle seat 12 on a part positioned at the central side in the width direction from both sides of the seat back 18 of the seat skin 36, the crease generated on the seat skin 36 can be stretched and reduced.
