PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a easily cuttable packaging bag which facilitates removal of a desired packaging bag from a storing box when the packaging bag is used, unsealing of the packaging bag, removal of a content, and disposal of the packaging bag after using up the packaging bag. SOLUTION: The easily cuttable packaging bag is a pillow packaging bag made of a laminated film formed by bonding together a base film having a lateral perforated line formed at a cut preparation position, and an easily cuttable sealant film. At the back face side, a sealant film face of the left side edge of the laminated film and the same of the right side edge of the film are put together and heat bonded to form a back seal portion, the upper edge of the film is heat bonded to form a top seal portion, and the lower edge of the film is heat bonded to form a bottom seal portion. Between the top seal portion and the bottom seal portion, heat bonding is performed along a line ranging from the left end to the right end of the film to form an intermediate seal portion. Between the top seal portion and the intermediate portion, a content displaying portion is formed, where a content is displayed. Between the intermediate portion and the bottom seal portion, a content storing portion is formed, where a solid content is stored.
