A method of continuously producing foldable panels (1) comprises the steps of arranging two one part panels (2) each having a pair of opposing straight edges (27) and a pair of opposing untrimmed edges (26) into a flat side by side configuration; aligning one straight edge (27) of the one panel (2) with one straight edge of the other panel (2); trimming the untrimmed edges (26) of both one part panels (22) simultaneously; and fixing a flexible tape (9) to each of the two opposing pairs of simultaneously trimmed edges (25) of both raw panels (22) for forming two joints (21) between the two one part panels (2).
