A structure staple safety plate and a staple with an auto feeder are provided to prevent a cover of a document from easily separating so as to file the document strongly and protect the cover safely. A stapler(100) includes a safety plate which has a staple unit for filing papers, a mark unit, and an attaching surface to file the staple and the safety plate together. The stapler further includes a spool unit(310), a spring(312) and a grip(314) for controlling a rotation force, a tape guiding unit(120), a bending unit(130), a tape rewinder(330), a stopper(142), and a rack(140). The spool unit winds a reel tape to fix. The tape guiding unit guides the reel tape in a bottom plate of the stapler. The bending unit bends a tape for separating the safety plate from the reel tape in the end part of the bottom plate of the stapler. The stopper includes a projection for prevent the tape from being separated from a proper location. The safety plate is located in a predetermined location by the stopper.
