PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accessory part containing organic chemical fibers mixed with germanium, activating cells to raise the skin temperature of a wearer so as to increase blood current, and excellent in wash resistance free from reduction in cellular activating feature even after washed repeatedly, having favorable skin touch, and composed of germanium-containing fibers. SOLUTION: The accessory part for an undergarment comprises germanium-containing organic chemical fibers.
