摘要 <p>The head box (1) for a machine for the production of a paper- or cardboard-web, comprises a distribution mechanism (2) for dispersing a fibrous material suspension across the width of the machine, a first- (4) and second guidance device exhibiting channels, an intermediate chamber (10) lying between both the guidance devices, a head box nozzle that is attached to the second guidance device. The head box nozzle is provided with a discharge slit supplying a fibrous material suspension jet and several supply lines distributed across the width of the machine for a regulated mixing of a fluid. The head box (1) for a machine for the production of a paper- or cardboard-web, comprises a distribution mechanism (2) for dispersing a fibrous material suspension across the width of the machine, a first- (4) and second guidance device exhibiting channels, an intermediate chamber (10) lying between both the guidance devices, a head box nozzle that is attached to the second guidance device. The head box nozzle is provided with a discharge slit supplying a fibrous material suspension jet and several supply lines distributed across the width of the machine for a regulated mixing of a fluid. The supply lines for the fluid to be mixed, flow into the first guidance device. The channels of the first guidance device are formed from two interspaced base plates corresponding to the width of the machine and from the structure plates (20), which have an intermediate space of more than the machine width and which are aligned orthogonal to the base plates. Each of the structure plates exhibit a turbulence-causing corrugated surface structure, which is in contact with the fibrous material suspension(s), and whose undulations run at an angle (alpha ) of smaller than 90[deg] to the direction of flow of the fibrous material suspension(s). The structure plates forming a respective channel of the first guidance device exhibit an opposite path. A first group of the structure plates is arranged rigidly between the two base plates and serves as tie rods for the first guidance unit. A second group of the structure plates is arranged removably between the two base plates. The structure plates of the respective group are arranged alternatingly across the machine width. The removable structure plates of the second group are detachably connected with both the base plates by means of groove connections. The grooves of the groove connections are formed in both the base plates. The detachable connections are provided with a respective fastening mechanism, which prevents the falling out of the structure plate. The fastening mechanism comprises a pin/a bolt connection. Each of the structure plates comprises two interspaced structure plate parts. The respective turbulence-producing corrugated surface structure is in contact with the fibrous material suspension. The channels of the first guidance device exhibit a division, which is similar or different. The supply lines flow over the upper- and/or lower side into the channels of the first guidance device. The supply lines flow centrically/approximately centrically into the channels of the first guidance device. The second guidance device is formed as a turbulence producer, which exhibits a turbulence insert with a turbulence channels that are formed through the turbulence pipes. An independent claim is included for a machine for the production of a paper- or cardboard-web with a head box.</p>
