<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the unevenness of tone which is based on a thermal cross talk in an optical head. <P>SOLUTION: In the optical head 10, plural unit domains ER, wherein a light emitting element E of current drive type, a control transistor Tc which is connected to the light emitting element E in parallel and gets into an OFF state at receiving tone data which designates a high tone for the light emitting element E while getting into an ON state at receiving the tone data which designates a low tone for the light emitting element E and a drive transistor Tdr which is connected to the light emitting element E in series and generates a current to drive the light emitting element E are formed, are repeatedly located in one direction. In each of unit domain UR, the thermal resistance between the light emitting element E formed in the unit domain UR concerned and the control transistor Tc formed in the unit domain UR concerned is smaller than the one between the light emitting element E concerned and the control transistor Tc formed in the unit domain UR next to the unit domain UR concerned. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
