PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain reduction in print quality, by restraining a variation in carrying speed when printing in the vicinity of the tail end of recording paper, in an image forming device capable of a frameless print. SOLUTION: A rotary load mechanism 50 is composed of a roller shaft 51 of pressing in a paper ejecting roller 33, a sheet metal member 52 supporting a star wheel 33a in a position opposed to the paper ejecting roller 33, a gear member 53 transmitting rotational driving force to the roller shaft 51, a first damper arm 54 installed on the sheet metal member 52, a second damper arm 55 rotatably engaged with the first damper arm 54 and a spring 56 energizing the first damper arm 54 and the second damper arm 55 in the mutually attracting direction. Semicylindrical parts 54a and 55a of the first damper arm 54 and the second damper arm 55 abut on a cylindrical part 53b of the gear member 53 by energization of the spring 56, and frictional force is generated, and a load is applied to the rotation of the roller shaft 51.
