<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a convection flow is generated in a space by a temperature difference of gases around a heat collecting tube, thus progressing heat radiation from the heat collecting tube to gas in the solar heat collector, to cause a loss. <P>SOLUTION: A space surrounded by a light collection reflecting mirror 27 and a light transmitting body 32 is divided by partitioning plates 29, 30, thus the movement of the gas in the light collection reflecting mirror can be prevented, and the convection flow of the gas caused by the temperature difference in the space surrounded by the light collection reflecting mirror and the light transmitting body can be reduced.
