PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-degradable moist sheet wrapping body in which the end part of the first layer can be smoothly separated from the second layer and be pulled out through a seal-opening and closing part of a wrapping material in a sealed state. SOLUTION: A moist sheet S made by impregnating the water-degradable sheet with a cleansing liquid is housed in a plastic film-made wrapping bag B in a tightly sealed state. The water-degradable sheet is composed of a pulp and a water-soluble binder. The moist sheet S is of a band-like shape and has transversely cutting lines L arranged at a predetermined interval in a lengthwise direction. The moist sheet S is housed in the wrapping bag B having an opening B1, the opening B1 being opened and closed by a seal-opening and closing cover C, so that the sheet is folded alternately at a predetermined interval in the lengthwise direction and is overlapped. The end in the lengthwise direction of the moist sheet S can be pulled out to the outside of the wrapping bag B through the opening B1. The end part 10e in the lengthwise direction of the first layer 10 facing to the opening B1 of the overlapped moist sheet S is a bent end part of the sheet overlapped in four folds, and is located in the middle part in the lengthwise direction of the second layer 12.
