PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit noise generation by reducing vibration around a rotary shaft of an impeller. SOLUTION: An electric pump 100 includes a pump cases 110, 150 having a pump chamber formed therein, the impeller 143 rotatably stored in the pump chamber and including a magnetized cylinder part 145, the rotary shaft 146 fixed on the impeller, and a stator 133 arranged with opposing to the cylinder part of the impeller and driving and rotating the impeller by applying magnetic force on the cylinder part of the impeller. The rotary shaft 146 is rotatably supported on the pump cases 110, 150. The impeller 143 and the rotary shaft 146 are joined by forming as one unit. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
