A card connector is provided to prevent a memory card from being separated by the plastic deformation of a spring by forming the spring in a slide cam and one side of a body on which fixing projections are formed and fixing the spring at both sides. A card inserting part(11) in which a memory card is installed is formed in a body(1), and projections(12) are formed on one side parts of four edges of the body(1). Holding pieces(21) having holding grooves(211) are formed in a cover(2) to be correspondingly combined with the projections(12) of the body(1). A slide cam(3) guides the memory card so that the memory card is inserted and ejected into and from the body(1) through the card inserting part(11) by a spring(4). |
