A bite member for a V-cutting machine and a joint unit for the same are provided to form a plurality V-shaped grooves onto a single metal panel by arranging a plurality of cutting tips on the bottom surface of the bite member. A bite member(200) for a V-cutting machine(100) has a support member(220) coupled to the Z-axis lower end of a fixing chuck(300) of the V-cutting machine in the Y-axis direction of a movable body. The support member has a bottom on which cutting tips(221,222,223) for formation of V-shaped grooves are arranged in the Y-axis direction of the movable body. The cutting tips of the support member are arranged at different height for rough cutting, semi-finish cutting and finish cutting.
