METHOD FOR ANALYZING ECG AND ECG APPARATUS THEREFOR

PURPOSE: A method for analyzing an electrocardiogram signal and an electrocardiogram apparatus using the same are provided to extract heart rate variability or pulse transit time by acquiring an error-corrected RR interval. CONSTITUTION: An electrocardiogram detecting part(110) detects the electrocardiogram of a subject. The electrocardiogram detecting part is attached to the abdomen, the chest, the wrist, and the arm of the subject. A measured electrocardiogram waveform is transmitted to an electrocardiogram correcting part(120). The electrocardiogram correcting part calculates an RR interval using the morphological characteristic of QRS complex. An electrocardiogram information supplying part(130) extracts heart rate variability or pulse transit time using the RR interval.
