A method for radical surgical treatment of acute purulent recurrent extrashincteric paraproctitis with extrasphincteric and deep transshincteric location of the basic purulent passage comprises the opening and drainage of pararectal abscess cavity, excision of t interior apperture and uniinstantly plastic closuring of a defect of mucous membrane of anal canal and interior opening with liquidation of connection between a lumen of a rectum and pararectal abscess cavity. A plasty is carried out without additional mobilization and convergence of mucous membrane of distal portion of rectum with the aid of "Tachocomb" collagene plate.
