FIELD: mechanical engineering; ultrasonic welding. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed head contains attachment part, welding part and transfer part in between. One or more elongated slots made in transfer part pass in direction between attachment and welding parts of ultrasonic head. Rounding off is made at least on end of slot arranged close to welding part. Rounding off is provided with first section with first radius of curvature, second section with second radius of curvature and third section with third radius of curvature. According to second design version, transfer part of ultrasonic head is curved so that line passing from welding part to attachment part describes a curve. Transfer part is provided with first section with first radius of curvature and second section with second radius of curvature. First of said sections of transfer part is arranged close to attachment part. Radius of curvature of first section of transfer part of head is smaller than radius of curvature of second section. According to third version, ultrasonic head is provided with cavities on end face surfaces between welding and transfer parts. Cavities are made with such curvature that line passing from welding part to attachment part describes a curve. Cavities have first section with first radius of curvature and second section with second radius of curvature. First of said sections of curvature is arranged close to attachment part of ultrasonic head. Radius of curvature of first section of cavity exceeds radius of curvature of its second section. ^ EFFECT: provision of equalizing stresses in ultrasonic head and reduction of maximum stress. ^ 10 cl, 5 dwg |
