Provided is safety equipment for a neck portion consisting of a back plate and a neck support, thereby enabling a worker to comfortably lean a worker's neck by a neck support. A safety equipment supports a rear portion of a user's neck, and includes a back plate(1) equipped with a pair of shoulder belts(2) for shouldering both user's shoulders and a neck support(3) formed on an upper portion of the back plate. Plural V-shaped recessed portions are formed on the neck support, and two surfaces formed between the recessed portion of the neck support have a resilient force. In the safety equipment, a curvature of bending the neck support is adjusted by changing an angle of the recessed portion formed on the neck support.
