PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a file management technique reflecting data from a file management server to servers to be managed at an arbitrary timing in a system environment comprising similar server groups and providing data of general files and achieving fine control by executing an arbitrary script when providing data. SOLUTION: A file management server 10 is introduced to servers 20 to be managed comprising similar server groups having a load distribution configuration or the like, and files of the servers to be managed 20 are stored in the file management server 10, and files regarded as functions common to a plurality of servers to be managed are grouped on the basis of contents of files stored in the file management server 10, and common parts and different parts among files are separated and extracted and edited, whereby information peculiar to the plurality of servers to be managed can be easily clarified and batch operation and management of files in the servers are facilitated.
