PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and appropriately perform EMI countermeasure effect judgment and specification adaptation judgment even by a measuring person not having a sufficient evaluation technique, on the occasion of an EMI whose frequency or level varies with time. SOLUTION: In an EMI measuring system for measuring an EMI which is generated from EUT and is transmitted through a power supply line by using an EMI measuring instrument, time variation property evaluation of the EMI is performed, and a frequency variation trend and a maximum frequency are profiled. By reflecting the acquired profiles on evaluation conditions from the next measurement, the frequency variation trend of the frequency varying EMI is analyzed in real time.
