<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus capable of providing content data limited in reproduction and content data unlimited in reproduction, and also improving the operability of a user. <P>SOLUTION: When operating a storage reproducing device storing the limited content data limited in reproduction and the reproducible content data unlimited in reproduction by remote control, the electronic apparatus creates (S505) a content list which does not include the limited content data as the items, unless performing accounting and authentication by the remote control (No at S502, and NO at S504), and performs reproduction processing (S506 and thereafter) according to this content list.
