<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frozen food from which a deep-fried food, attracting strongly interests of children and adults, can be prepared. <P>SOLUTION: The frozen food 10 is such that a peripheral surface of water-containing coating covering the whole periphery of a deep-frying material is stuck with bread crumbs and deep-fried with coating. A sheet-like body 12 which is made from wheat flour is unitedly bonded to part of the peripheral surface of the coating with frozen coating, and the surface of the sheet-like body 12 is stuck with no bread crumbs and is exposed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
