PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wooden soundproof floor material which prevents formation of wrinkles on a surface thereof, and prevents warping of the same in a product state after completion of production, and to provide a method of producing the wooden soundproof floor material. SOLUTION: According to the structure of the wooden soundproof floor material, plywood A is formed by laminating a plurality of veneers 1, and a thermosetting resin impregnated sheet 2 is interposed between the veneers 1 in first and second layers from above, to thereby form a quench-hardened layer B. The plywood A has a surface decorative sheet 3 arranged on a front surface thereof.
