The system has a horizontally adjustable receiving plate (2) provided with a cavity as a sample volume. A seal is provided to tightly and vertically press the receiving plate to a lower side of a detector housing (3) during the transition of the plate to a measuring position. A baseplate (1) is provided with lateral guide sections, where sides of the receiving plate are led by rollers in the lateral guide sections. The baseplate has two vertically resilient pressure elements that are led in gutters of the receiving plate, where the gutters extend before the measuring position.
