PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out a carrier of garbage disintegration drainage, in particular, solid materials heavy in specific gravity in drainage under space-saving under floor assuredly and effectively. SOLUTION: The device lies adjacent to a garbage disintegration device, lets the discharge pipe end down toward the inside of a tank, pools the drainage temporarily, and provides a separation tank to separate solid materials in the drainage. The device provides a solid material conveying means due to water flow through a water supply pipe mouth to a tank bottom portion in the separation tank. In addition, an exhaust pipe mouth of an inner-tank separate liquid is established to an upper part place of the separation tank, and a discharge pipe mouth of the solid material conveying pipe is established in the vicinity of substantially the same height position as the exhaust to form a sealing water depth of a certain height dimension between them and the discharge pipe end of the garbage disintegration device.
