<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image reproducing apparatus capable of shortening time before displaying a whole image only when it takes long before the whole image is displayed, in the image reproducing apparatus for displaying the whole image using two or more image data. <P>SOLUTION: When a total size of partial image data of high resolution is a reference size or larger, an image control part 6 produces the whole image including at least one partial image data of low resolution, and after making a display apparatus 11 display the whole image, the image control part produces the whole image including only the partial image data of high resolution, and makes the display apparatus 11 re-display the whole image.
