PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive sheet taking a plastic or paper as a substrate, easily peeling off from bonded materials at directly after the pasting with the various bonded materials but showing a strong bonding property after passing a suitable time through, and an emulsion type adhesive used preferably for forming the adhesive layer of such the adhesive sheet. SOLUTION: This emulsion type adhesive is provided by containing a polymer emulsion obtained by performing a radical polymerization of a radically polymerizable unsaturated monomer forming a polymer having≤0°C glass transition point in the presence of a surfactant in water, containing polymer emulsion having≥70 wt.% tetrahydrofuran extraction rate of the coated film directly after its drying and 200,000 to 600,000 weight-average molecular weight of soluble portion, and inorganic particles (A) and/or already cross-linked organic particles (B) having≥99% gel fraction, and having 0.5 to 15 Pa s viscosity.
