LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY PANEL

An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) panel is provided to directly contact a common electrode with a metal pattern or a transparent electrode electrically connected with the metal pattern in order to receive the common voltage. A TFT(Thin Film Transistor) is formed at a lower substrate(100). A metal pattern(150) is formed on the lower substrate and applies the voltage for driving the TFT. An upper substrate(200) is located oppositely to the lower substrate and has a color filter layer. A common electrode(250) is formed on the upper substrate and directly contacted with the metal pattern so that the common voltage from the metal pattern is received. A liquid crystal layer(300) is injected between the upper and lower substrates. A sealant(350) encapsulates a constant area of the liquid crystal in order to seal the liquid crystal particles of the liquid crystal layer. The metal pattern and the common electrode are directly contacted with each other at the outside of the area surrounded by the sealant.
