A display device is provided to compensate for voltage drop due to a line resistance of a scanning signal line by adjusting the proportion of a width to a length of a channel in a pixel. A plurality of pixels(PX) include switching transistors that transmit a data signal to a liquid crystal capacitor and are arranged in a matrix form. A gate driver unit(400) is formed in a column direction at one side of the pixels and supplies a scanning signal to the pixels. A data driver unit(500) supplies the data signal to the pixels. The switching transistors of the plurality of pixels forming a row have different device characteristics. The device characteristics of the switching transistors vary depending on the proportion of a width to a length of a channel. The proportion of the width to the length of the channel becomes larger as it is farther from the gate driver unit. |
