PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor tile in which lamination and emboss processes of each layer are continuously carried out by a series of rolls, and also to provide its production method. SOLUTION: The floor tile includes a substrate layer, a printing layer, and a transparent layer from the bottom in sequence. Negatively carved mechanical embossed patterns are simultaneously formed in the substrate layer and the printing layer. The transparent layer is filled into the mechanical emboss patterns.
