PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor having high sensitivity and excellent repeat stability and producing no photo memory, and a process cartridge and an electrophotographic apparatus having the electrophotographic photoreceptor. SOLUTION: The electrophotographic photoreceptor contains a polyarylate resin having a specific structure and an antioxidant in a photosensitive layer on a support.
