PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a straightening implement capable of guiding inward a pelvis which is horizontally widened with age and an opened hip joint by allowing a user to to be seated with the opening part of the straightening implement as a center, and straightening the pelvis and the hip joint, concerning the heart shape three-dimensional implement for straightening a pelvis and a hip joint. SOLUTION: The heart shape three-dimensional straightening implement 11 having fillers 15, 16, 17, which are molded in a mortar shape, includes a coccyx support surface for supporting a coccyx part 18; an ischial bone support surface for supporting a right ischium; a surface for supporting left hip and thigh parts; a surface for supporting right hip and thigh part; and a left ischium support surface. The fillers 15, 16, 17 are appropriately filled within the range of 30-95% concerning the filling rate and moved so as to freely change the shape of the straightening implement 11.
