PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive electric vibration transducer with superior reliability which is reduced in assembling man-hour and made adjustable in vibration resonance frequency while being improved in fixing force so that a substrate is not peeled off from a frame without using an adhesive. SOLUTION: The electric vibration transducer comprises a magnetic circuit 1 comprising a magnet 3 and a top plate 4 stacked in a yoke 2, a voice coil 5 disposed in a magnetic gap (g) formed between the yoke 2 and top plate 4, a substrate 8 holding the voice coil 5, a first suspension 6 having a leaf spring 6c molded to a cylindrical side wall 6a and a bottom 6b in one body, a second suspension 9 which holds the magnetic circuit 1 and has one side insert-molded to the frame, a weight 10 fixed to an outer peripheral part of the yoke, and a protector 11 which covers the first suspension 6. In this case, the protector 11 covers the first suspension 6 entirely or partially and holds the substrate 8 by a press 11a formed by bending an end surface to improve a fixing force for the substrate. Man-hours of bonding and drying can be therefore eliminated and the vibration resonance frequency can be varied by adjusting the length of the press 11a. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
