<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a remote control system for vehicle-mounted equipment, which can enhance the reliability of radio communication with a portable machine, without deteriorating convenience. <P>SOLUTION: This remote control system for the vehicle-mounted equipment comprises a vehicle-mounted machine 10 and the portable machine. The portable machine, which has a received magnetic field strength detection part for detecting the state of reception from the vehicle-mounted machine 10, makes a reply by transmitting RSSI information indicating the state of the reception detected by the received magnetic field strength detection part, when the portable machine receives a calling signal transmitted from the vehicle-mounted machine 10. The vehicle-mounted machine 10 displays the RSSI information on a notification part 25, and enables a user to check that the system can normally operate, even in the operation of the vehicle-mounted equipment and the like, which cause an increase in the electromagnetic noise of a vehicle, interfering with the radio communication with the portable machine. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
