<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus with shake correction function in which a shake correction from being erroneously operated caused by the shock of a front curtain. <P>SOLUTION: When a tripod detection sensor 185S detects that a tripod is not attached in such a state that a shake correction switch 313 is turned on, when a shake detection sensor 171 detects shake amount equal to or above a predetermined value in such a state that the shake correction switch 313 is turned on, and further when shutter speed is lower than a predetermined value in such a state that the shake correction switch 313 is turned on, a shutter selection part 625 judges it as a situation that a shake correction performing mode is set, and selects an electronic focal plane shutter as the front curtain and gives an operation designation signal to an electronic focal plane shutter control part 627. Meanwhile, in other case, the shutter selection part 625 judges it as a situation that the shake correction performing mode is not set, and selects a mechanical focal plane shutter as the front curtain and gives the operation designation signal to a shutter driving control part 73. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
